    One day event begining with Tea Meditation 9-10am        
    Follow by Understanding the tea leaf  10-11:30am           
    Tea Tasting and Cupping 1-3pm                                     
    Focus Tasting -- sample signature teas from around the world 3:30-5:30pm

Continue to look deeper into tea production and learn how teas are evaluated. How does the professionals taste teas? What is cupping? We will examine and taste 4 to 6 teas this morning. 1 pm to 3pm

Focus Tea Tasting
In this class, we will discuss the famous teas from around the world. We will sample these popular teas such as Earl Grey, Darjeeling, Assam, Keemun, English Breakfast, Dragonwell, Jasmine, Sencha, and Chai Tea. This is a fun class as we sample teas and learn more about it's histroy. 3:30 to 5:30pm
