Tea Meditation
We often exercise our body, but not the mind. Meditation is a way to exercise the mind. During this hour, we relax by slowing down the breath with Qigong and guided meditation. Date and Time to be announce $5
Understanding the Tea Leaf
What happens to the tea leaf after it's pluck from the farm? WE follow the tea to the processing plant where it will become White, Green, Oolong, Black or Pu-Erh Tea. 10 to 11:30pm $20
Focus Tasting by Country India
There are thousands for tea farms in India. What is their process method? How did they start the tea industry when tea was discovered in China? What region produce the best teas? You will learn all this plus sample teas from India. 120 minutes class $30
Focus Tasting by Country Japan
These are series of Educational tea tasting class focus by country. The first class begin with China, then Japan. Other countries to follow are India, Africa. Rating and classification of teas are different in each country. We will sample several kinds of teas from each country. 120 minutes class $30
Tea Tasting and Cupping no class scheduled
Continue to look deeper into tea production and learn how teas are evaluated. How does the professionals taste teas? What is cupping? We will examine and taste 4 to 6 teas from the top five tea producing countries. $40
Tea Pairing no class scheduled
March class will be on tea pairing. We will discuss and sample tea with chocolate. What would make a good combination?

Mother's Day Tea Event
Saturday, May 12, 1 to 3pm
Serving Petit four with teas at Candlewood Suite, Boise, ID
Delicious desserts and teas for Mother's Day weekend $12
Possible items on the menu: Ginger scones, Layered Cake, Cream Puffs, Tiramisu and something with chocolate... all mini size so you may eat more than one kind of desserts.
